the learning and development of the students. The way the teacher

is in terms of bringing out the capability of every student.

The seating arrangement of the students must be flexible
as possible, there are large group, small group and
individual activities done. Moreover, it should be
considered that the furniture in the classroom can be
rearranged to accommodate all the activities.

CONCLUSION
In the field of Physical Education many have supported the belief that “good”

Creating a positive learning environment is imperative in fostering student motivation

empowered to engage enthusiastically with their studies. Furthermore, a positive
learning environment combined with a deep understanding of student motivation can
