As a specialist in financial market, my first idea was to analyse the sales methods and also the Pens and
Printers revenue. Only at the end of this analysis I thought I could begin analysing the customers profile. And
what I first recommend is to verify the customers information because, if Pens and Printers was founded in
1984, it is not possible to have in your data information customers with 63 years as customers. But I checked
the file and still there customers with more than 40 years.
Cleaning all this, as the revenue of the enterprise is positive and the idea of new product sales method is
working, I recommend to expand the sales method also to digital with sales through the internet.
Some advantages could be offered to the first customers that agree with this idea, such as discounts or extra
products and maybe also expand some products to the digital types such as digital notebooks.
But at first the digital option as a way to expand the sales methods is rightly recommend and Pens and Printers
have all condition to invest and go on with this issue.

I think it would be a good idea to join the written report to the presentation:
Data Validation:
1. There were differences as the sales method were written and it could give differences on the calculation
of revenues and count of occurrences and I organized it. For example: there was „E-Mail“ and „Email“,
then I updated all to „E-Mail“
2. I also checked about the null values, but all was ok.
3. I noticed there are customers with more than 40 years as customers. I did not change it to not
compromise the data integrity, but it is something that must be checked by the organization.
