Cohort Analysis:

Business questions:
2. Looking at the resulting cohort graph from the previous question, what could
you tell about the company, the product being sold, the clients, etc. during the
period of time considered?
If we consider this a new product, it had a good acceptance of signup and
orders. But I see, that it reached 50% of placing order in the 10th week.

We know that the biggest marketing producer are the users and I consider
that there is a big influence of them in order to get more purchases and
orders.

Analyzing in a general way, I suggest to make more marketing about the

product. For example, normally when a product is first released, the news
are spread through social medias, radio, TV, magazines and other
communication ways. But it is important, after some results, continue to
spread the news in order to get more orders/clients.

Other important way to spread out the product is to offer some kind of
discount to clients that still know the company and the quality of other
products. This is also a good way to make the orders grow up.

3. Jeff is growing very fast! We need a lot of data to make good decisions. As a
“Country Manager”, you need to evaluate what is the best country to target next.
Please argue your response based on economics, politics, and potential for
growth... Choose one country where Jeff is not established yet.

What made me apply for Jeff was the innovative way you have to deal with the
competitive market, offering special products considering the quality of life and
also the light way it seems that you deal with things.

When I first read this question I thought about offer/develop products to elder
people in Germany. According to statistics, share of the population in Germany
aged 65 years and older from 1991 to 2021. 1

„In Germany, low fertility and increasing life expectancy have resulted in a rapidly
ageing population. Currently, the median age of the German population is 46 years,
which is almost four years higher than the median age of the population of the
neighbouring country of France, and makes Germany one of the oldest countries
worldwide“.2

As Jeff is an innovative company and has no fear from challenges, I think that
developing some kind of products to elder people should be so useful. Besides, it
would also be a way to break the distance between a group that did not grow up
within technology and the new generations that were born under this new life style.

Products and apps that can give tips about health, good habits, fitness exercises,
food and also give them up to date information about market in general, life style,
new trends, new jobs, travel and so on.
