 Step 1 - Shipment Template

Shipment Template consists of the template formats that the user

can copy and use for spot quotation depends on the requirement.

 Step 2 - List of templates for SPOT Bid Request

Users can select what format to be use based on their

requirement.
Just simply clicking the check box on the left side of
the template to be use (1 per quotation)

Then go to the “Actions”

dropdown and click “Copy
Shipment”.
A new window will appear.

 Step 3 - Template Window

Click on the pencil “EDIT” button

to indicate the source location
ID then click “SAVE”.

- Source Location ID is the

origin Flow ID can be seen in
MLTRC.

 Incoterm

Incoterm is a requirement for the SPOT quotation to know the freight

agreement of the shipper and destination parties.
Users can choose the term by clicking on the dropdown button.

Agreed Contractual Service

Agreed Contractual Service is basically the movement or service

needed for the shipment.
Users can choose, based on business requirement.

Reason code for Spot Shipment Creation

Reason code for Spot Shipment Creation is for the reason of the
request, whether if it’s due to not existing lane in MLTRC / Dangerous
Goods cargo / etc.
Users can choose on the dropdown for the applicable reason.

LT (Lead Time) Owner

LT Owner is for the region responsible for the shipment.

Users can choose on the dropdown.

 Step 4 - Body of Template
Consists of fields for the
instructions and other necessary
information needed for the
shipment such as addresses,
weight, dimension and qty of the
goods to be ship.

Click on “Finished” button on the

top of the window once done.

 Step 5 – Spot Bid Tender

SPOT ID reference number will be generated.

Click the check box then select “Actions” button.

Select “Spot Bid Tender”.

A new window will appear.

 Step 6 – Service Provider
First, select the date until when the rate can be uploaded to the SPOT by the forwarders.
Then go to “Saved Condition ID” text box.

From the text box, input EAJ or the region of the user (requestor of
the spot).
Select what is needed based on shipping method requirement if
Air (ex. EAJ_AIR_LOGISTICS) or Sea (ex. EAJ_LOGISTICS)
Then click “Save”.

 Select the list of forwarders needed to participate on the quotation.
Then click “Submit”.
