SCIENCE

connection and interviews from local
3. Do not crop the whole photo, keep the background
4. Show dynamism, actions!
4. Publish play by play account of the sport event
5. Put Scores in the headline
6. Put score box after the article

9. Variate sports events- basketball, volleyball, arnis, throwing games,

 1. Readability – all text must be clear

4. Don’t put text over a photo
5. Avoid big text wrapping
6. Try to copy lay-out of model papers, see net, dailies
7. Thematic- color scheme, shapes
8. Use graphs
9. Use very thin lines

11. Don’t use firing squad photos

1. Articles in decreasing importance, not CIRCUS
2. Use info graphs
3. Clear, sharp photos (don’t settle for mediocre photos
4. Observe aesthetic but simplicity
5. Lay-out must be clean
6. Sharp printing

8. Don’t use water mark
9. Don’t settle for less, no space/ forget mediocrity!!!!
