Definition

 Any hardware component used to enter data
and instructions to the computer or mobile
devices is called input devices.
 It takes input from user and convert it in to a
form that a computer can understand and use .

 It's like a digital photocopier that captures the content of a image and
saves it as a file.

 A device that allows you to digitize physical document, and convert

 It is also a pointing device.

BARCODE READER

 Barcode reader is a device used for reading barcode data by
scanning image.
 Invented by Bernard Silver .
 Used in numbering the books and labeling goods

MICROPHONE
 Microphone is an input device to input sound that is stored in
digital form ..
 The carbon microphone was the earliest type of microphone
(invented by Emile Berliner).
 Used for adding sound to a multimedia presentation.
