In relation to Social Issues

• The nature of a VUCA environment may cause some social issues to escalate
• The stress in a VUCA environment may cause individuals to be more violent, causing abuse-related issues
to be more prevalent
• The ambiguity in a VUCA environment may cause people to make assumptions, specifically about other
people. Lack of information will also allow government officials to get away with their acts of corruption.
• The unstable nature of a VUCA environment may cause economic instability.
• The lack of security in a VUCA environment may cause individuals to feel hopeless.
• In such an environment, we must learn to adapt to the many challenges it presents. We should embrace
change and uncertainty as opportunities for growth and progress rather than insurmountable Obstacles
