What is Invokana ?

★ Invokana (canagliflozin) is an oral diabetes medicine that


helps control blood sugar levels. Canagliflozin works by
helping the kidneys get rid of glucose from your
bloodstream. Invokana is used together with diet and
exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2
diabetes mellitus.
What is amputation ?

★ Amputation is the removal of a limb by trauma, medical


illness, or surgery. As a surgical measure, it is used to
control pain or a disease process in the affected limb, such
as malignancy or gangrene. In some cases, it is carried out
on individuals as a preventative surgery for such problems.
