Distribution of Pallets in Containers
• Lay out Container
Klipen® recommends lay out standard as it helps reduce shrinkage due to friction between pallets

Recommended
Distribution of Pallets in Containers
• Mooring Method Container
All cargo must have a lock or tie to reduce the movement that occurs at sea inside the containers including the
drainage bag (between pallets and / or pallets-container) as shown in the images:

Ties secured at the corners of the

container horizontally or vertically Lock Reinforced wood in the corners at all
levels of container pallets
Distribution of Pallets in Containers
• Mooring Method Container
In case of having a second or third level of pallet and reach the middle of the container, the mooring
should be as follows to stop a possible sliding of the pallet inside the container, reducing the
possibility of shrinkage:

Upper levels up to half the container, must be tied

horizontally, secured to the pallets that are in the base
Fine for non-compliance of proposal
