INT. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS CASTLE - NIGHT Its PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS ANNUAL PARTY and everybody is enjoying themselves in the BALLROOM, with most people on the dance floor. JAKE is wandering around aimlessly, looking very nervous. FINN Whats wrong buddy? JAKE Huh? Aww nothin. Im just... looking for the punch. He looks behind and spots it. JAKE (CONTD) And here it is! Woo, okay back to partying Finn. Im all good now. FINN (CONFUSED) Al... right then. FINN walks away and carries on dancing. EXT. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS CASTLE - NIGHT LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS is angry and screaming down her phone. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS OH MY GLOB BRYAN, I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU DIDNT SHOW UP! I DONT CARE IF YOURE SICK, YOURE SUPPOSED TO BE MY DATE. NOW HOW WILL I GET IN? THE ICE KING is outside of the castle trying to get into the prom but is being stopped by PEPPERMINT BUTLER. ICE KING Oh please let me in! I just want to enjoy the party like everybody else. PEPPERMINT BUTLER Sorry Ice King, Princess Bubblegum gave me strict instructions not to let anybody into the prom without a date. ICE KING But how am I supposed to get a date now? Everybody is already inside. Come onnnn. Please? PEPPERMINT BUTLER LEAVE! NOW!

2. ICE KING Alright! Geez, somebodys a grumpy Gus. ICE KING walks away sad, head facing down like he is CHARLIE BROWN. Clouds appear and rain starts pouring down on him. ICE KING (CONTD) Oh come on guys. Not cool! ICE KING runs and takes shelter under a tree. INT. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS CASTLE - NIGHT JAKE climbs up onto the stage where the band are playing and grabs the microphone. Heeeey! LEAD SINGER

JAKE Sorry, itll just take a second. JAKE taps the microphone. JAKE (CONTD) Excuse me! Could I have everyones attention please? Everyone stops dancing and looks up at him. JAKE (CONTD) Lady, could you come up here please? Ive got something to ask you. LADY RAINICORN is shocked. She approaches the stage. JAKE (CONTD) Lady, I dont really know how to say this sort of stuff so Im just going to get to the point. JAKE gets down on one knee and shows Lady a ring. LADY RAINICORN (IN KOREAN) Jake... what are you doing? JAKE Lady, I love you so much and now that we are having a baby I want us to be together forever. Will you marry me? LADY RAINICORN (IN KOREAN) Oh Jake. Of course I will!

3. The crowd all cheer. EXT. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS CASTLE - NIGHT LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS is staring through a side window at what is happening inside. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS OH MY GLOB! This cannot be happening. Why is SHE getting married? Everybody knows Im the hottest princess! LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS rushes off, away from the castle. Lightning strikes. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS (SCREAMING) (CONTD)

AHHHH!

LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS runs to the nearest tree which also happens to have the ICE KING underneath it. ICE KING Whoa, whoa, whoa. Get your own tree sista. This ones mine. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS pushes the ICE KING. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS Ugh GET OUT OF THE WAAAYYY! The lightning becomes more powerful and closer to them. They scream and grab each other backing into the tree. At that moment it hits the tree and conducts with them. They wake up from a puff of smoke and start brushing themselves down. ICE KING Wow, that was some crazy lightning, dont you... He stops mid-sentence and looks at LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS with gushing eyes. ICE KING (CONTD) Princess, has anyone ever told you about how super fresh you look? LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS is still looking down whilst brushing dust off of herself. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS Uh only EVERYONE! Get a clue you...

4. She looks up and sees ICE KING. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS (CONTD) ...hunky man you! They stare at each other lovingly for a while before grabbing each other and kissing. INT. FINN AND JAKES HOUSE - DAY FINN and JAKE are in their living room talking. FINN Dude! I cant believe you were going to propose to Lady and you kept it a secret from your best bud! JAKE Yeah I wanted it to be a surprise for everybody. Im sorry man. Youre still my number one right? Always! They bump fists. FINN (CONTD) PB said she wanted to throw you guys an engagement party. You gotta do it mayne. You know shes the bees knees of parties. JAKE Of course she can throw it. We can go see her soon. Just gotta wait for this storm to pass. FINN I know, right? This storm is cray cray. Its been going on for days. INT. FINN AND JAKES HOUSE - DAY SUBTITLE: 2 DAYS LATER JAKE Ugh Fiiiinnn. Im so bored. Its been days since we left the house and this storm is going nowhere. Cant we just go now? I havent even seen Lady since I proposed. FINN

5. FINN I know dude. Ill call Princess Bubblegum and tell her were coming over. FINN picks up the phone and calls PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM. CUT BETWEEN: INT. FINN AND JAKES HOUSE - SAME AND: INT. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS CASTLE - SAME Hello? PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM

FINN Hey Princess, hows it going? PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Oh, hey Finn. FINN Jake and I are going to come over to talk about his engagement party. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Oh no Finn, dont go out in that storm. Ive been running tests on it and its no normal storm. I cant tell whats causing it yet but its dangerous. FINN Aww man! Okay Ill see you when it ends then I guess. JAKE What? What did she say? FINN She said the storm is too dangerous to go out in and to wait until it passes. JAKE What? Thats baloney! Lets just go now. FINN No Jake this is serious. Shes been testing it and its no normal storm. We have to stay here.

6. JAKE Awwww. Okay then. INT. FINN AND JAKES HOUSE - LATER JAKE is staring out of the window. He sees lots of people out in the storm walking around. JAKE Dude look. Everyones out there but us! FINN Jake you know what the Princess said. Im sure itll be over soon anyway. INT. FINN AND JAKES HOUSE - MORNING JAKE comes running into FINNS room and jumps on his bed. JAKE Finn! Wake up! The storm is over! FINN is sleepy eyed and unwraps himself from his burrito sleeping bag. FINN (SLEEPY) I told you it would pass soon. Well head over after breakfast. Awesome! JAKE

EXT. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS CASTLE - DAY PEPPERMINT BUTLER opens the door to FINN and JAKE. PEPPERMINT BUTLER Hello Finn and Jake. The princess is in her laboratory. Ill lead you to her now. FINN Coolio. Thanks Peppermint Butler. PEPPERMINT BUTLER Please dont speak to me. INT. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS CASTLE - SAME PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM is in a lab coat and running a bunch of tests.

7. FINN (TOGETHER) Hey Princess. JAKE (TOGETHER) Hey Princess. She looks up from her test. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Oh hey guys. Im glad youre here. FINN Psycho storm, right? JAKE I never thought wed get out of the house. He gives FINN an annoyed look. FINN awkwardly laughs and scratches the back of his head. FINN Yeah, so princess, whats the scoop on this thing? PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Honestly, I have no idea. FINN and JAKE gasp in an overdramatic way. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM (CONTD) Yeah Im really surprised. I have some of the rain water from the storm and Ive been running tests on it but so far nothing. She sits down in her chair. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM (CONTD) Anyway, youre here to plan the party. Ive been speaking to Lady Rainicorn about it and we came up with some great ideas so far. Would you like me to show you? JAKE Oh I didnt know Lady had planned it already. I wanna keep this a surprise then! PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Really? Well okay then, I guess just show up on the day.

8. FINN Seriously dude? You begged me for days to come and now you want it to be a surprise? JAKE Itll be like Christmas! EXT. CANDY KINGDOM - SAME FINN and JAKE are walking back home. They spot the ICE KING and LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS holding hands and kissing. FINN OH MY GLOB. Jake do you see that? JAKE Eww what is going on? FINN I think Im gonna hurl. ICE KING and LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS walk over to them. ICE KING Hey guys! Havent seen you in a while. Whats different you ask? Oh just my sexy hot princess girlfriend. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS blushes and giggles. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS Oh my glob babe, stop! Youre embarrassing me. FINN and JAKE have a scared look on their faces. FINN Ho... how did this happen? I mean how did you meet? ICE KING Oh you know, little of this, little of that, both got struck by lightning in the storm and suddenly loved each other. The usual story. FINN and JAKE look at each other confused. FINN Rightttt. Okay well we will see you around I guess. They start to walk off.

9. FINN (CONTD) Dude somethings not right there. We should tell the princess. JAKE Youre telling me somethings up! They are gross enough alone but together, YUCK! INT. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS CASTLE - LATER FINN and JAKE are mid conversation with PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM. FINN ...so do you think it was the storm that caused it? PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Oh glob, I hope so. Ill look into it more. This helps in a big way now that I possibly know what the storm did. FINN Okay Princess. Good luck! INT. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMS CASTLE - NIGHT Its JAKE and LADY RAINICORNS engagement party. Everybody is starting to arrive and there are lots of odd couples showing up. FINN, JAKE and LADY RAINICORN walk in and PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM rushes over to them. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Guys! Guys! She pauses for a moment. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM (CONTD) Hi Lady, congratulations. She kisses her on the cheek and then carries on. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM (CONTD) I figured out whats been going on! FINN What is it? PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Look around you Finn at all of the people. Notice anything strange? He looks and sees the odd couples.

10. FINN All of the couples dont look right. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Exactly! The lightning storm must have tricked them all into falling in love with each other. JAKE So what do we do about it? PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Ive been working on an antidote and I think Ive cracked it. We just need to figure out a way of getting it to all of them. They all stop and think to themselves. They start to look around and spot the punch bowl. The punch! The punch! The punch! The punch! FINN (TOGETHER) JAKE (TOGETHER) PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM (TOGETHER) LADY RAINICORN (IN KOREAN) (TOGETHER)

PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Jake and Lady, can you get up on stage and start making a speech to distract everyone while Finn and I slip the antidote into the bowl? JAKE Sure thing Princess. JAKE and LADY get up on stage. JAKE taps on the microphone. JAKE (CONTD) Hello everyone. If I could have your attention please. FINN and PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM carry a giant bottle of the antidote over to the punch bowl. JAKE (CONTD) I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who came. Lady and I are so happy together... FINN and PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM finish pouring the antidote into the bowl.

11. FINN motions over to JAKE and points to the punch bowl. JAKE (CONTD) ...and we just wanted to make a toast. But before you do so, please head over and grab yourself a fresh glass of punch. Its a new flavor that you will all love. Plus its our engagement party so you have to listen to us. Everyone shrugs and walks over to the punch bowl and starts serving themselves a new glass of it. JAKE (CONTD) Okay. Now that were all ready, heres to Lady and I. Everyone takes a sip of their drink and starts getting a funny look in their eyes. They all look at their partners and scream. FINN Its working! PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM Yes, thank goodness. People start running out of the castle. ICE KING and LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS walk in. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS Hey, whats up losers. We made it. Hey where is everybody? PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM You were so late everybody already went home. ICE KING LSP wanted to make a fashionably late entrance. Shes so great like that. Everybody rolls their eyes in disgust. FINN Well, all is not lost. At least there is still some of this amazing punch left for you guys. FINN hands them both a glass and they drink it. They too get the weird look in their eyes.

12. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS What was in that? It made me feel weird. ICE KING Yeah me too ba... oh glob what have I been doing? This is odd. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS What did you do to me? I dont love you! ICE KING I didnt do anything. You were the one who seduced me. You wanted all of this. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS STOP LYING! IM GETTING OUT OF HERE! LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS runs off out of the castle while on her phone. LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS (CONTD) Bryan are you there? Please take me back. ICE KING What a cry baby. Am I right guys? FINN How are you so calm about this? That was LSP you were making out with for the past week. ICE KING Meh, shes still better than gunter. CUT TO: CREDITS.
