ATTACHMENT- 1. FT4C-3 Twin Pac A.

. The liquid fueled, Model FT4C-3 Twin Pac, Electric Generating Plant consists of two FT4C-3 gas turbine drivers, one (1) generator with the following equipment: 1. Two (2) P&WA Model FT4C-3 gas turbine, S/Ns 686768, and 686744, each including an FT4C-3 free turbine S/Ns 600628 & 600574: a) Operating Controls b) Lubrication system c) Fuel control and fuel system d) Starter e) Ignition system f) Flexible coupling g) Mounts and base h) A CO2 fire protection system i) Dual Pall Trinity Filters 2. One (1) Synchronous generator (Mitsubishi S/N 2A1250Y0101), with the following accessories: a) One (1) Generator lubrication system consisting of an oil tank, an AC motor-driven oil pump, a DC motor-driven pump for emergency use, two oil pressure switches, and oil-to-air heat exchanger, and an oil level switch. b) Twelve (12) Resistance type temperature detectors for monitoring generator stator temperature. c) One (1) Set of high oil temperature alarm contacts for each bearing and for oil to bearings. d) One (1) Set of bearing oil thermometers on generator bearings. e) One (1) Set of high air temperature alarm contacts for generator. discharge air. f) Three (3) Current transformers. g) One (1) Generator grounding transformer and resistor. 3. One (1) Prefabricated 3-phase cable/duct bus assembly. To connect generator output terminals to generator circuit breaker. 4. One (1) 15kV metal-clad line-up containing the following: a) One (1) Generator air circuit breaker. b) Four (4) Potential transformers (PT) Draw-out type. c) Twelve (12) Current transformers (CT). d) Three (3) Surge capacitors (SC). e) Three (3) Lighting arresters (LA). f) One (1) set of space heaters.

FT4C-3F/A-11 Power Pac A. The liquid fueled, Model FT4C-1/A-11 Power Pac Electric Generating Plant consists of one FT4A-11 gas turbine driver, one (1) generator with the following equipment:

1) One (1) P&WA Model FT4A-11 gas turbine S/N 685129, each including an FT4C3F Free Turbine S/N 600709: a) Operating Controls b) Lubrication system c) Fuel control and fuel system d) Starter e) Ignition system f) Flexible coupling g) Mounts and base h) A CO2 fire protection system i) Dual Pall Trinity Filters 2) One (1) Synchronous generator (EM Generator S/N 270144711), with the following accessories: a) One (1) Generator lubrication system consisting of an oil tank, an AC motor-driven oil pump, a DC motor-driven pump for emergency use, two oil pressure switches, and oil-to-air heat exchanger, and an oil level switch. b) Twelve (12) Resistance type temperature detectors for monitoring generator stator temperature. c) One (1) Set of high oil temperature alarm contacts for each bearing and for oil to bearings. d) One (1) Set of bearing oil thermometers on generator bearings. e) One (1) Set of high air temperature alarm contacts for generator. discharge air.
