    Pictures! Name Birthday Favorites (color, animal, food, place to visit, music, t.v. show, subject in school, hobbies, sport, activity, etc.) About his/her family (parents, siblings, grandparents, etc.) Places lived Fun facts- be creative and have fun!

    Anything else that is special to your child or about him/her! *Please see the schedule. If the assigned week is not good for your family, please let me know and well pick another week that works better!
