    Funds of Knowledge Assessment

    Over the next 4 weeks, we encourage you to explore your students funds of knowledge by taking note of specific community/home based skills, activities, and/or responsibilities they demonstrate according to the categories below. This can be done by holding personal or group interviews, assigning essays, doing home visits, attending community events, or through personal observations during class. As you note specific examples of their funds of knowledge, propose an idea on how to integrate that info into a classroom applicationand if possible, implement the activity and take note on how it worked. We will share results in our next workshop.
