Unleashing Your Potentials!
Some children like you may think that they have no special talents
or skills. This is because they don’t see the things they do as a talent or
skill, while others are still in the process of discovering the things they’re
good at. At this time, you need to spend some time becoming more aware
of the things that you like to do and things that you can do well. This will
help you unleash your potentials and share what you have to others.
To unleash your potentials, you should first identify these important
things about yourself:
1. Interest - the things that you enjoy or love doing (e.g. planting,
writing or caring for animals)
2. Talents - something you are naturally good at (e.g. drawing, singing,
dancing or public speaking)
3. Skills - your ability to do a particular task that comes from training
or practice (e.g. playing basketball, solving math problems or using
technology)
Knowing your interests, talents and skills is one of the important
steps that will help you achieve what you want to be in the future. It also
helps you to be aware of your strengths and things that make you happy.
Most importantly, you may use them to help others in your community.
Indeed, sharing is caring. Be proud of your talents and skills, develop them
and share them with others!
You Can Do It!
