one could have when
working in this field. Below
I will describe each role
and why it would require
one to be a leader.

Narration: (Role 1) Recruiting – this is a process of
finding and attracting potential resources
for filling up vacant positions in an
organization.
(Role 2) Screening – is the process of an
over the phone meeting organized by the
recruiter to evaluate a candidates
qualifications for the job. This is step 1 of
the interviewing phase.

Narration: As you can see leadership plays a huge role in each job
listed above. There isn’t one job that is more important than the
other. However, to make sure you have quality leaders fulfilling
positions it’s crucial that you have an HR Manager that displays
these qualities as well. A Human Resource Manager is one that
plans, directs, and coordinates the admin functions of
organization management and its employees.
