balance the professionalis*+ so*ething undergraduate student *ust ha(e! It *eans+ in real industry+ an
engineer *ust ha(e good attitude+ and could use ti*e effecti(ely to *a,e a decision for sol(ing
proble*s! In addition+ an undergraduate student should i*pro(e his-her s,ill and ha(e a good social
co**unication )ith others! .ocial and culture en(iron*ent and lifestyle of professional )or,ers *ust
be understood+ because things that )e learn and studied in %ni(ersity so*eti*es are not the sa*e )ith
the real fact )e )ill find in the field!
Beside+ )ith /ob-training+ a college student can get a chance to obser(e+ co*pare+ and applied
theories they ha(e got in %ni(ersity! Also+ they could ha(e *ore ,no)ledge+ and help to sol(e a
proble* in industry! In the other hand+ for a co*pany+ /ob-training could be an e(ent to search for ne)
hu*an resources and an e(ent to e(aluate the 0uality of undergraduate student!

of /ob-training progra* is better if related to Petroleu* Engineering practice+ such as Production+
'rilling+ and eser(oir Engineering! But+ it is possible if Che(ron Pacific Indonesia )ould gi(e other
,no)ledge as long as it is related to Petroleu* Engineering application!
I reali>e that Che(ron Pacific Indonesia is one of successful oil co*panies in E3ploration and
Production in Indonesia+ handle *atters as *entioned abo(e! .o I intended to apply an /ob-training
progra* to this co*pany+ because I belie(e that I could get *ore ,no)ledge and unforgettable great
