F & M Bank, Tulsa, Ok June 2005 – present
Business System Analyst

F & M Bank offers a wide range of financial service including mortgage and business loan,
Located in the city of Tulsa, Ok.
An online loan application system was created for F & M Bank, which provided data to facilitate
the loan origination, processing and closing. The system included point-of-sale,
processing, underwriting and closing. I was required to work on the online application form
part of the system which was to be a basic part of their origination module and which would in
turn provide data for their LOS system

Responsibilities:

• Acted as liaison across business units primarily between the Project Manager, developers,
Administrators and testers and the stakeholders.
• Involved in converting the User requirements into business requirements, functional
requirements and technical requirements and also created business process models

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating error reports for various interfaces and monitoring errors on a
day-to-day basis.
