Administrative Support

We provide administrative support for Board sessions (maximum one month), and various assemblies when required the presence of the administrator. For the annual accountability in this assembly is necessary office administrator involvement. Rates: To carry out the administrative management in place (fixed), the Customer must provide a space or office with all the basic utilities such as electricity, water, telephone, internet, etc. The ordinary costs of these services are borne by the condominium. For the calculation of rates, is considered: Number of properties managed, total annual budget of the condominium and site of care.
