1. Example Chapter History Assistance League of < ------ > was established as a guild in < ------ >, and chartered in < ------ > as a chapter of National Assistance League. There are approximately 120 chapters of Assistance League nationwide. The mission of Assistance League of < ------ > is to provide services which benefit individuals in need in our community with emphasis on < ------ >, < ------ >, and , < ------ >. The chapter house is located at < ------ >, and contains the Food Pantry, Senior Sampler and the thrift shop. Assistance League of < ------ > has <-members including < ------ >, our auxiliary, who raise and manage chapter funds, maintain the chapter house and provide manpower for chapter programs. The volunteer members fully staff all of the programs. Last fiscal year, approximately < ------ > volunteer hours were spent in activities of Assistance League of < ------ >. There is no paid staff. The chapter has < ------ > philanthropic programs that serve the needs of the < ------ > community. Operation School Bell is the chapters largest philanthropic program.
