    Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members Should be able to interact accurately and effectively and contribute effectively in discussions with team members ability to effectively communicate customer requirements to a software development team Should be able to prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging Demonstrate the ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results.
