Role: Hub Delivery Lead

Qualifications

 Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience 

 15+ years of experience in product and software development and delivery with a
demonstrated track record of successfully understanding the business requirements and
designing realistic and effective solutions/ products

 Experience working collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members and
stakeholders at all levels

 Passionate belief that every software implementation must be successful as measured by value
realization and client satisfaction

 Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment; ability to

consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines

 Global mindset; ability to appreciate differences in market needs, competitive environment

and cultural norms across multiple countries and sectors

 Proven negotiation skills, plus an ability to operate as an advocate or sole representative for
clients in stakeholder discussions 

 Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local
office language(s)

You will be based in our Ho Chi Minh office as part of Build by McKinsey which brings together the
best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their
businesses.

What you'll do

As a Hub Lead, you will drive the remote development of bespoke solutions or products for clients
and orchestrate end to end delivery of the product from conceptualization to deployment in production
and capability building and transition to clients. 

You will define and finalize MVP scope with respect to MVP requirements based on customer
research, budget constraints and timelines, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. You will also
shape Product Roadmap by creating strategies to capture future customer needs and rallying
stakeholder support around a vision addressing future needs. You will set the vision for the team to
create such technology architecture that would be scalable and extendable for future needs. 

You will lead end to end delivery of the product or bespoke solution. You will also lead the team on
valuing on toughest problem areas, and play anchor between architecture, design and product teams.

In addition, you will be in charge of client capability building, relationship building, and building
economic model for clients.
