The members of our 14 strong project management team are responsible for digital service

and product creation through several phases: discovery, design and development. They have
complete ownership of stakeholder management, concept creation & design, and the day-to-
day development of the product. 
We are not only responsible for keeping the budget, timeline and quality but also to extend
our ownership to build strong relationships with the client, put the project and the client on a
growth path, build and maintain culture. You are not alone in all this. You can rely on our
strong culture and colleagues (product strategists, visual team, architects, technology leads).
We are not afraid to step outside the boundaries of the classic project manager role. If
needed we act as BAs or Product owners. We build technical and domain competence and do
quality assurance. 

Your responsibilities:

 Understanding technology-related issues to be able to deliver the best possible


solution for our clients 
 Having in-depth discussions on technical details with the team & client
 Managing in-house and remote development teams
 Understanding of architecture, APIs, MQ’s, etc….
 Usage of your amazing change management skills when it comes to unforeseen
edge cases
 Handling situations where you have to describe how a function works for non-
technical people and also being able to translate business requirements to the
technical team
 Driving technical and domain plannings
 Creating functional specifications, detailed timeline and delivery plans with
appropriate risk and dependency assessment and mitigation plans
 Facilitating sprint plannings and development process to ensure efficient delivery

 We are agile practitioners, facilitating daily stand-ups, retros and other scrum
seances that will be a part of your life
 To keep our projects on track we are using Jira, Slack, Github, and Gitlab
 Our PMs are bridging the gap between our partners and our dev teams, therefore
excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are necessary for
addition to being an experienced negotiator
 Strong client and account management skills because we like to keep our clients
happy 🙂
 We are truly a tech-oriented squad, so explaining different high-level technical
solutions for business people is not a big deal for us
 Besides clients we sure care about our dev team, therefore we expect you to
shelter them from random changes and client requests and also pay attention to
team spirit
 Vice versa, understanding business requirements and their technical implications
are also our cups of tea

local offices in multiple countries, this is the hub where we serve our clients from. On any

We make sure that Supercharge’s clients keep bringing amazing innovations to the

The 25 Superchargers who work in the design team are organized into two groups:
Product Strategists define how a product should work (and why!), while the Visual
Team makes sure that it looks stunning and can be easily implemented on any
platform by Supercharge’s engineers. We are a diverse bunch with colleagues from
very different backgrounds ranging from humanities and business to visual arts and
engineering - the unifying factor is that we all dream about designing the best digital
products in the world.
Product Consultant Trainee is a unique position at Supercharge that provides
opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about digital innovation to jump into
the middle of this space. As a full-time trainee you will acquire all the skills to
become a master in crafting digital products that make a real difference. Build your

Your responsibilities:

 Support our Product Strategists with analysis and research to help our clients
create impactful digital innovation
 Gather and synthesize business requirements for new products of our clients
 Participate in workshops and meetings to understand the needs and domain of our
clients
 Participate in crafting delightful customer experiences. Create maps, journeys,
wireframes and everything in between to bring our client’s product ideas to life. 
 Participate in user research activities to understand user needs, pain points, and
test prototypes
 Work side-by-side with our world-class development team and support them in
turning your product idea into stunning software

What we expect from you:

 Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or be very close to finishing it


 Have a keen interest in digital products and technology
 Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking
 Have the will and the right mindset to acquire User Experience skills - our expert
team will teach you all the secrets of the craft.
 Outstanding communication skills and strong empathy towards clients and users
alike
 Ability to quickly gain an understanding of our discovery and design processes,
tech-stack and attitude towards product development altogether
 Fluent English is a must, as it is our common language - we are an international

Your Responsibilities

 Designing new solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams;
studying system capabilities; writing specifications
 Analyzing and assessing business requests and translating them into development roadmap items/user
stories/acceptance criteria
 Supporting the development processes from ideation to implementation
 Overseeing the implementation of new technology and systems
 Persuading internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
 Assisting QA team in defining and following Acceptance Criteria and quality metrics
 Being able to create clear and accurate flow charts (Visio, Draw.io, etc), UML knowledge is a plus
 Handling situations where you have to describe how a function works for non-technical people and
also being able to translate business requirements to the technical team

What We Expect From You

 3 years of relevant experience in connection with digital product development (Business


Analyst/PM/PO/Consultant)
 Great communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian, both verbal and written
 Time management, organizational and self-management skills
 Problem-solving skills
 Analytical skills
 Understanding of architecture, APIs, MQ’s, etc…
 Experience with software development ticketing systems (eg. Jira)
 UX research experience is an advantage
