PERSYARATAN KESEHATAN, KESELAMATAN KERJA DAN LINDUNGAN LINGKUNGAN (K3LL)


HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) REQUIREMENTS

CALON PESERTA TENDER harus memberikan tanggapan terhadap persyaratan K3LL dalam
Apendiks F dari Bagian 2 iniPOTENTIAL BIDDER shall provide response to HSE requirements under
Appendix F of Part 2 hereto.Apabila diperlukan, PERUSAHAAN dapat meminta CALON PESERTA
TENDER untuk menyediakan data-data dan/atau dokumen tambahan dan melakukan kunjungan
terhadap fasilitas-fasilitas dan kantor-kantor CALON PESERTA TENDERIf required, COMPANY may
request POTENTIAL BIDDER to provide additional data and/or documents and conduct site visit to
POTENTIAL BIDDER’s facilities and offices.

bWe have regular meeting on weekly basis to review implementation of HSE MS.
