Assignment Problem Definition:

Transfer the old office to new office.

Assumption:
Different departments of the organization are communicating and using e-document through system only like VPN or intranet. New Office building construction is completed.

Planning:
1. Complete all the legal procedure for starting the new office. 2. Prepare the working environment and infrastructure at the new office. 2.1. Prepare furniture, electricity and internet server. 2.2. Arrangement of water , toilet etc. 3. For each department, following activity will be done. 3.1. Identify what are the main requirements to continue the work of that department. 3.2. Verify that all this requirements are available in new office. If requirement is not available then dont sift this department . 3.3. Transfer the old office equipment or buy the new one that is necessary to the new office in week days. 4. Inform the clients about the new address via cards or mail. Register the new office in government.
