Relationship with system When student wants to apply for course in respective field, he/she takes advice from course advisor from college. Then after student decide course and submits his/her field of choice. 1)Information Input Secondary and Higher secondary results, photo ID, . Then course advisor forwards all these data to respective department ( e.g. Software Department, Business department) Department receives data forwarded from Course advisor. Department processes on student data. Checks eligibility criteria and approves student. If student is approved by department he sends unconditional letter to student and simultaneously sends student worksheet to financial department. After unconditional procedure is finished, financial department receives worksheet of student. They contact to student via mail or telephone for payments. Students pay fees via credit card or debit card (Here one more system acts between bank and financial department but due to complex analysis and we are required to focus more on college registration). Then this department sends fees receipt to student. And student is approved for building timetable for coming semester. Faculty is allotted according to the selection made in timetable. Faculty sends mail to students about their profile. Management gather all reports from new students, financial department and faculty. They process and analyse the flow of students, manages their income. They
