Route Clerk-Rout clerk laid down the sequence and thw path of the that each operation is to follow in completion of a particular job. Instruction card clerk-His job is to prepare detailed instructions according to the workers are to perform the job. Time & cost clerk- He frames the timetable for doing various jobs & maintains the record for the cost of the work. Disciplinarians- His work is to maintain discipline among the workers. Gang boss- He is concerned with the preliminary work before the actual operations. Speed Boss- He is responsible for ensuring that the work is done well at time. Repair boss- His job is to ensure that each worker keeps his machine clean & free from dust & that he oils & treat machines properly. Inspector- His work is ensure that the work done conforms to the standards of quality laid down by the planning department.
