Brittany was an intern with our foundation for one full semester and was an outstanding asset who on a daily basis went above and beyond in her support to the development department and continuously exceeded the performance standards for her position. Brittany willingly accepted new assignments and offered to help wherever she found a need. The special events and development department is a frenetic environment that presents many competing demands on the staff. Brittany seemed to thrive in this environment, remaining steadfast in her cheerfulness, calmness, and dependability. She was an extraordinary employee and a vital member of the Make-A-Wish staff. Brittany has demonstrated excellent managerial and decision making skills. She is attentive to tasks and works tirelessly to achieve the goals of the department. She is extremely positive, dependable and performs her duties in a timely and conscientious manner. I have worked with many interns during my tenure in the nonprofit arena. I rank Brittany within the top 5% of them all. Brittany is an innovative self-starter, who rarely needs supervision. She is punctual and typically exceeds expectations. She handles pressure well, and will voluntarily work overtime at special events.
