Committee Members: I am pleased to offer this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mr. Christian Trigg, as part of his application for acceptance into the Summer Institute of Emerging Managers and Leaders. Christian is one our our most responsible sales and marketing majors in the Brimmer College of Business and Information Science, achieving a 4.0 gpa during his first semester. As Christians Business Management Orientation instructor and academic advisor, I can attest to his superior interpersonal skills and his strong work ethic. He demonstrates professionalism, shows self-confidence and plans appropriately to meet his many commitments. Christian has showcased his leadership skills while serving in various capacities within the classroom, Brimmer College and his campus dorm. During class projects his group members ranked his leadership skills as superior and attributed their successful presentation preparations to his ability to motivate and encourage team participation and his ability to organize and analyze information. As evidenced on his resume, he has been elected to treasury and vice presidential positions within various social and academic organizations, giving him the opportunity to further develop his leadership skills. Christian is the deserving recipient of numerous awards and participates in several community service projects here in Tuskegee as well as at home in Hayward, California. He is motivated by his desires to improve himself and his community. He has proven to be an honest, fair-minded, intelligent student who really appreciates all the opportunities he has been afforded to further is education.
