task while meeting deadlines. My experience includes training staff, creating a positive learning environment,
data-driven, observation of teachers, positive culture and climate, and administrative responsibilities.

My current role as a Dean of Students includes advocacy, chairperson of parent and involvement committee,
solutions team leader, data-driven team member, restorative practice, and conflict resolution leader. I have an
excellent track record of being dependable and relentless in making a difference in students’ lives. My
expertise in developing and creating strategies to increase student growth makes me a great addition to your
team. I have devised strategic initiatives that I believe will prove valuable to your school district, with a track
record of initiative and dependability. As the chairperson, I work hard to bridge the school and community gap
by assisting families by creating a strong foundation in the school and community.

I have perfected my leadership skills in development and planning throughout my career. I am a capable and
consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency. I will be an asset to
your company because I believe in education, and I am proof of its positive effects. I have gone from starting
as a para-professional, and next month, I will receive my Education Specialist Degree in K-12 Leadership. In
the fall, I will be entering the doctoral program.
