- I was involved with the school-organized events, took the initiative to present ideas, and executed them. I was able to promote
school pride by committing to the tasks and communicating with my peers, influencing a sense of community.
Member and former Vice President of Book Club
- I created an environment where the club’s members would feel encouraged to have an opinion whenever we discussed our
books, and I facilitated when choosing the books for our club. I took the initiative to look for a new way to fund our book club
when our resources were limited.
Member and former Vice President of Environmental Club
-With this club my peers and I were very involved with the school, contributing to recycling and picking up trash all around the
campus. As the Vice president, I’m in charge of leading members to perform to their best capacity.
Member and former Historian of Nuestra Familia Club
-I take, edit, and select photos at events in my role as a historian. I'm in charge of publishing these images, advertising events, and
making meeting announcements since I manage the club's social media accounts.
