edu When you email me assignment files, please include the file name (as described in the example below) for your subject field. If you are emailing me with a question, then please DO NOT use the format below. Your question will go immediately into an assignment folder, and I do not look at those folders every day, only when I am expecting assignments. When creating files, please name them in the following manner: Template: Coursenumber_section number_lastname_assignment.docx (or .doc, depending on which word processor you use) For example, 1133_18_smith_paper1.docx (or .doc) For example, 1133_18_smith_inclass_april2.docx (or .doc) When sending a revised paper, please insert revised (without the quotation marks) before the assignment. For example, 1133_18_smith_revised_paper1.docx (or .doc) Make sure you change the assignment number after each assignment name (i.e., paper or response). Each Word file has an icon associated with it:
