    Solution: Disable Auto Tuning

    1. Click Start 2. Type Command Prompt and right click on the Command Prompt icon above the search bar and choose Run as Administrator.. 3. At the command prompt, type the following and press Enter: netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled autotuninglevel=disabled 4. Close the command prompt 5. Try reconnecting to the wireless network again
