RED ALERT SERVICE

Since its inception in the 1930s, the National Foam Red Alert Service has been instrumental in saving an untold number of lives and billions of dollars worth of product, plant and equipment. Red Alert is our emergency service. It is available to anyone, anywhere in the world. Available throughout the Red Alert system are emergency and routine foam concentrate replacements, equipment, and no charge emergency technical assistance.

Red Alert Service:

Can be activated any time day or night, through our home office at 610-363-1400.

During Off Hours:

Answering service activates key employees by phone or pagers.

Requirements:
A purchase order number supported with company name; bill to information; ship to information and responsible person at site will activate the Red Alert order. Material shipment ETA, pricing and credit facilities will be reviewed during the phone call.

Returns:
No re-stocking fee if it is returned within 3 days. Customer is responsible for all freight and handling costs.

Red Alert Product Inventory:

AR-AFFF - 1% x 3% Universal Gold, 3% x 6% Universal Plus. FP - 3% Aer-O-Foam XL-3. Class A - .3% - 1% Knockdown (also wetting agent). AFFF - Aer-O-Lite 3%, Aer-O-Water 3EM. Other foam concentrates available upon request. Note: Product subject to availability by location.
