    Dear Mr Babar My name is Hiba Butt and I am a student at Oaks Park Sixth Form, I am currently studying AS media. I would like to use your house as the most important location in my short film which I need to complete for my coursework. By allowing my group and I to film in your house would therefore mean that we would be using your facilities after school. I ensure you that we will only take up a small amount of your time and I would highly appreciate if my group and I could use your house as our main location. Our team consists of 3 people including myself, everything will be taken care of such as health and safety hazards, being injured, this would all be taken care of, any equipment going missing will all be all on our blame and not yours another thing to add is if by accident we damage any of your property we will fully pay you for the damage. I would be very grateful if you allow us to film and I can assure with the utmost honesty that your home will only be used for filming and nothing else if there any problems please feel free to contact me on 079 4002 9528.
