My name is Ashamae Swyer and I am a Year 13 student, currently studying Media at
Oaks Park High School. I am contacting you today as my production team will begin
filming in September and we would like to request the use of your grounds for our
short film. Specifically, we would like to film the flower stall by the entrance and an
unnamed headstone.
I understand that there will be visitors and many surrounding headstones will be
fragile, so we will promise to conduct ourselves respectfully and professionally at all
times during set-up and filming. We plan to film during the month of September and
the start of October as we have deadlines to work towards. However, we hope to be in
correspondence with your establishment to decide on the best time(s) for us to film
during this period.
We strongly believe that the Cemetery & Crematorium is the best location for our
short film, and we would appreciate your permission very much.
