I am writing this letter asking you for permission to film our opening scene by using the drama hall, male school bathrooms and school corridors for our media studies coursework. The students who will be participating are the following: Amy Dunn, Rachel Howard, Jordan Constantine, Leeya Meghani, Tia Bihal, Hannah Whittall and Mr P Assegai (our teacher) will also be with us while we film to guide us and make sure everything we are doing we are doing correctly. The duration of our filming will take around three to four hours, but we may need more time in case something goes wrong which will mean for us to reshoot parts again. Our film is a drama, which is about a normal school girl who gets bullied in school, of which she then tries to take a drug overdose to commit suicide, she is then found in the toilets by a male character that calls 999. We will be filming from 3:10-pm 6:00pm on Wednesday 20th June 2012. We hope that you will allow us to use our desired locations.
