Dear Mr S Wilks I am writing this letter asking you for your permission to film our opening scene by using the B block flight of stairs, the main school corridor downstairs, and the staff female restroom for our media studies coursework. The students who will be officially participating are the following: Tia Bihal, Hannah Whittall, Gurpreet Singh, and Leeya Meghani. Mr P Assegai (our teacher) will also be with us while we film to guide us and make sure we are doing everything correctly. The duration of our filming will take around three to four hours, but just in case we overrun we would like more time just in case everything goes wrong, and we need to reshoot parts again. Our film is a thriller which is about a normal school girl called Jessica who has a dark secret. One year ago, Jessica had been drink driving and accidently ran over a former school friend, however, her former school friend has now come back to haunt Jessica and make her pay for what she did. By the end of the film, Jessica ends up being murdered by her former school friend who she had ran over one year ago, simply because she just cannot take the haunting from her school friend anymore. We would like to use the female staff toilets, and the B block stairs from 3:10pm 7:10pm on Monday 31st October 2011.
