8-2 IMAGE: BY URL

1. Watch the tutorial for 8-2 2. Log in to Google Docs and create a new document named 8-2 3. Type in the title My Image Gallery 2 Center and Bold the title 4. Go to Insert Table> make the Number of Columns 3 and Rows 6 (3 x 6) 5. Click on the first cell in the first column 6. Go to Insert Image > By Url 7. Open a new tab > type a search topic in the address bar > click Images on the top

8. Search for an image of your choice 9. Hover the cursor over the image of your choice > right click > left click Copy

10. Go back to the 8-2 tab and right click in the Paste an image URL here: box >

left click Paste > click Select

2. Click on the image and resize to fit the table by dragging one of the corners

towards the middle of the image > then Center image

3. Repeat by putting the rest of the images in cells, skipping a row to put a centered

descriptive caption under each image (see below for example)

4. Get work checked by the instructor, then close the browser tab
