Diet Plan for one month

Just after wake up: one glass water normal, no fridge cold.

After freshen up and before breakfast: - 4 almonds 4 raisins, overnight soaked in clear water + coffee. B/F :- any one option 1. Milk with corn flakes or muesli, any fruit one. 2. Brown/wheat bread with low fat cheese, boiled egg, milk and any one fruit. 3. Sprouts pulses, milk. B/w lunch and breakfast: - green tea and two Marie or digestive biscuit or fresh fruit juice. Lunch: - salad , low fat curd, rice or chapatti and any dish of your choice in combination. (Choose from :- seafood, green vegetables,dal,chiken and homemade gravy ) B/w lunch and dinner: - green tea / coconut water. Or 4 prunes. After workout ( Desirable ) = Coffee + 1 biscuit / one slice of brown bread with low fat cheese.

Dinner :-Clear soup / grilled chicken , boil egg salad / one glass milk without sugar. Good news: - one day in a week you can have food of your choice, sweets, eat out.
