INTRODUCTION
Premchand, whose original name

was Dhanpat Rai Srivastava, was born on 31 July 1880, in village Lamahi near Varanasi. He was a great novel writer. He wrote many novels including many stories. Among them one of the story is BIG BROTHER

STORY
This story is about two brothers. Elder brother is a book worm( i.e. he always

seat in front of a book and reads continuously whether the concept written in it goes into his mind or not) whereas the younger one always wants to live a free and happy life ( i.e. he always wants to enjoy with nature and play games.

Elder brother always used to scold the

younger one . He often told him to spend time on studying instead of playing games and enjoying . He always tried to make his younger brother study hard. The younger brother always stood first in the class whereas the elder brother remained in the same class by getting failed. Therefore the younger one thought that his brother has no right to scold him.

But elder brother tried continuously to make

his younger brother understand his feeling by giving him many examples about degrees of amma and dada that amma and dada had not got much higher degrees but they knows better than us. One day younger brother understand the feeling of his elder brother and asked his brother to aplogize him for his mistake.

Elder brother got happy and ran behind a kite

to catch it with his younger brother.

CONCLUSION..
We must obey the advices given to us by our

seniors. We must obey their suggestions without neglecting them because they faced many problems in their life and they knew about the solutions of every problems as they have experienced them.
