    For data to be useful, feedback data needs to have the following characteristics1. relevant. 2. Understandable. 3. Descriptive. 4. Verifiable 5. Timely 6. limited

    Other important considerations People should have ownership of the data. This reduces the resistance to change. People generally have fear about how the data will be used. Data has to be prevented with empathy to weak points or shortcomings.
