Development Goal
I want to lead some sort of team successfully towards a goal. I want to be able to distribute work evenly, trusting others to do a competent job. I also don't want to be seen as the boss, rather, the organizing team member.

1.)Find an opportunity to take a leadership position I am uncomfortable in. 2.) Assert myself as a leader without being overbearing or aggressive.

Results That Show Achievement
Attended meeting for SAL food drive. Team Captain's were needed. Appointed Team Captain and driver for Team4 of SAL food drive Let other members determine our goal and methods for achieving it. Each member is responsible for obtaining their quota of canned goods by a certain date in order to reach our goal. I contributed ideas but everyone has their own freedom.

We collected enough food to reach our status quo. Each group member had fun and enjoyed working in the group. They felt we all worked together well as a team.
