How to make the pasta

Picture example:

1. Sieve a 100 g of flour into a bowl and then create a mound of flour with the salt added into a bowl and then make a hole in the middle (1min) 2. Add a pinch of salt then crack an egg and add it to the middle of the flour hole (1 min) 3. Mix the flour and the egg together with a fork (1min) 4. When flour and egg is starting to mix well, use fingers to combine them together(tip- after you mix and you still feel that it is wet, keep mixing until it is dry) (3min) 5. Knead dough using hands for around 5-10 minutes on a clean surface 6. Ensuring elastic texture not too flaky or to sticky and soft 7. Wrap dough in plastic and leave for 30 min to settle How to make the sauce 1. Mince the garlic and cut the ham into small and thin slices. (3 mins) 2. Cut the tomato roughly (cut off the stems) and blend into a chunky texture (5 mins) 3. Get a large frying pan and put it on the stove, switch on the stove to a medium level. (1 min) 4. Add your diced garlic, then sliced tomatoes and then 1 tsp of olive oil (30 secs) 5. Add 4 tsp of whipped cream and then a pinch of salt (30 sec) 6. Add the cut ham 7. Mix thoroughly for 5 minutes. 8. After mixing, turn the stove off. (30 secs) 9. Get a plate, put the pasta onto the plate then put your sauce.
