    s GENERAL DESCRIPTION
    The NJU6375 series is a quartz crystal oscillator has ability to oscillate from 20MHz to 75MHz. The oscillation amplifier incorporates feed-back resistor and oscillation capacitors (Cg,Cd), therefore, it requires no external component expect quartz crystal. Drivability of the 3-state output buffer is 24mA in A,B and C versions, 16mA in H,J and K versions, thus it can drive both of TTL and C-MOS load.

    s GENERAL DESCRIPTION
    The NJU6376 series is a 3rd.over-tone quartz crystal oscillator has ability to oscillate from 20MHz to 75MHz. The oscillation amplifier incorporates feed-back resistor and oscillation capacitors (Cg,Cd), therefore, it requires no external component expect quartz crystal, and realizes very low oscillation stopping current using NAND circuit. The 3-state output buffer is C-MOS compatible. Furthermore, the package is small-sized MTP-6.
