9.00 12.30 : Bilateral meetings between the new PhD students and the Academic Council. Each interview will consist in discussing the thesis project, as presented by the PhD candidate with responses from the members of the A.C. on methodological issues. 14.30 19.00 : Academic Council Meeting (only for professors/local coordinators) - Overview by the co-ordinator of the Doctorate in mid-course. - Round table on the identity and objectives of the Interzones EMJD as a Doctorate (Selection procedures and criteria Academic supervision and co-supervision Vivas and jury compositions) - Suggestions and perspectives (Request made to the EACEA to introduce penalty clauses for drop-out students Sick-leave related issues scientific networking within the Consortium : publications, collaborations, invitations, conferences and projects to come)
