REF: Your letter No. 5124-30 Dated: 03-01-2012 It is submitted that in compliance with the office order No. 122 dated 25 October 2011, the undersigned accompanied GEPCOs designated team for taking meter reading at different CD Points on 03-01-2012 (being holiday on 1st & 2nd Jan.). The reading was taken in the presence of the undersigned as well as commercial auditor of M/S KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., Chartered Accountants. Detail of report is submitted here under please. 1- Undersigned proceeded to 220 KV Sahowal with one commercial auditor and observed
three number CDP meters digital (Electronic) in the presence of representatives of committee already formed. We were explained that all three meters have been replaced by new ones w.e.f. 15-1-2011 and all are capable to restore reading being taken at midnight. It was elaborated that units are imported and then exported to GEPCO.

2- After this I proceeded with committee at HUBCO Power House Near Badhomali and
observed four number CDP meters digital (Electronic) in the presence of NTDC representative. We were explained that all CDP,s are accurate and capable to restore reading of midnight.

3- In addition to above , undersigned with Commercial Auditor observed reading of one

CDP at 132 kv Narowal and one CDP at 132 kv Badhomali alongwith RE 132 KV Narowal. We were explained that both CDP,s are digital (Electronic) and are capable to restore reading of midnight which remain in storage position during the month while running reading can be observed at any time.
