NEW! QiForze on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30am beginning January 14th with Diana Brock. NEW! QiForze on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30am beginning January 1 with Karyn and Gena. Cardio Yoga Tone on Tuesdays at noon will move to 12:15pm NEW! Cycle/Strength (90minutes) at 6:00pm beginning January 8th with Erin Goodrum. Wednesday 6:00am Yoga with Jenna will move to 5:45am NEW! Wednesday 6:30pm Core is back beginning January 2nd NEW! Intro to cycle on Thursdays at 8:45am beginning January 3 with Janice Hyder. NEW! Boomer Circuit for the 50+ crowd on Fridays at 10:00am beginning January 4 with Jana Weed. NEW! Power Yoga on Saturdays at 11:15am beginning January 5 with Heidi Vaught. Zumba on Sundays at 2:00pm will move to 1:30pm NEW! QiDance on Sundays at 2:30pm beginning January 6 with Aubry Good. NEW! Slow Power Flow on Sundays at 1:30pm beginning January 7 with Lynn Edgar.
