Functional Requirements of Examination System

1. The website will help the college to conduct their exam. 2. Only authorized person can access related details. 3. The administrator will register themselves on the website for conducting their exam. 4. Organization can change their information regarding themselves. 5. The student can login through student ID no and password. 6. Administrator will be responsible for updating the site. 7. The student can view updated news provided by organization. 8. The student can view all of his passed result. 9. The student can view datasheet provided by administrator. 10. The administrator updated the news related to exam like exam date etc. 11. The student can give suggestion or feedback to exam department. 12. Administrator can manage the result like midterm, semester, and annual; 13. Administrator can manage the students who are repeating the year. 14. Manage the subject and instructor info. 15. Managing the grading criteria (keeping in mind the Bradford as well as Namal criteria). 16. Administrator can generate the datasheet. 17. The System will generate the result card year wise. 18. The administrator will give the authority by username and password where module tutors upload the result of assignments, assessment etc.
