SAN DIEGO, CA (January 2, 2013) Council President Todd Gloria today assured residents of Fourth Council District that they continue to be served following the resignation of Councilmember Tony Young. He also released a memorandum to his colleagues outlining the interim service plan, which is attached. The Fourth District office remains open to handle constituent needs, and I am impressed with the staffs dedication to serve, said Council President Gloria. The high level of service that residents came to expect under the leadership of Councilmember Young will continue until a new representative is elected. Youngs resignation was effective January 1.
