1 Sieve the refined flour and baking powder. . 2 Cream the margarine and sugar. . 3 Beat the egg and add essence. Add this to the creamed mixture. . 4 Fold in flour and mix well. . 5 Place the mixture on the table and lightly mix in the chocolate chips. . 6 Roll out the dough and divide into 24 equal portions. Round up each . portion and place lightly on a greased tray. 7 Bake at 150C for 20-25 minutes. . 8 Allow the biscuits to cool on the tray itself. . Baking temperature: 150C Baking time: 20-25 minutes
